Founder biography
Jolee Lamatrice-Cocklin is a transformation leader, experience architect, and founder whose career has unfolded inside the systems where strategy becomes lived experience.
Her work spans employee communications and organizational change at Boeing, financial-services marketing, and sales and operations leadership across more than 50 locations. She has developed and onboarded more than 100 leaders while building cultures capable of turning strategy into consistent human behavior.
Across those environments, she saw the same pattern: organizations measure downstream outcomes with extraordinary precision while the human conditions producing those outcomes often remain invisible. MindGlitter is her product response—a transition-aware JoyTech platform now expressed through a mobile app, live-event portals, place-based experiences, and emerging enterprise pilots.
Her years teaching yoga, meditation, and embodied practices add a complementary understanding of state, attention, agency, and transition. Together, these disciplines shape technology designed to support human choice without surveillance, diagnosis, or emotional correction.
What she brings
